Our Services

Heritage Property Management is made up of two individuals who will both be responsible for your property, Scott C. Proper and Robert S. Bakula.

Scott has over 30 years Horticulture and Maintenance experience.  He had started in the landscape field at a young age and has had a successful landscape company for the last 25+ years.  As well as a field education, Scott has also had a formal education in Horticulture, from Oakland Community College.  He had also passed his certification for licenses in Building Construction and Real Estate.

Robert has 20 years Horticulture experience, as well as some formal education in landscape field.  He has attained his Associates Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting.  Robert has been active on his subdivision board for over 10 years, 8 years as Treasurer and currently Vice President.
